I have four wireless monitors for security cameras. Two Samsung SM-T377V tablets, an iPhone 7, and a brand new Cupeisi Mastertech Q1 Go Edition Tablet. All my cameras and the monitors function well except for one detail. The Cupeisi Q1 and one of the Samsung tablets are always 25 seconds behind the iPhone and the other Samsung.

I've verified all the network settings, cleaned up the apps, basically did everything that was suggest by the oem's. Both of the Samsung's are identical in there settings, yet one is still 25 seconds behind. Any suggestions?

The 25 second delay suggests buffering is occuring somewhere.

Maybe a weaker signal path that causes small disruptions - not enough to stop transmissions but just enough to cause a need to retransmit.

Slows it all down.

Is it possible to swap the "working" (no delay) devices with one of the delayed devices?

Start by swapping (if Ihave follwed correctly) the two Samsung tablets.

Objective simply being able in some manner to determine if 25 second delays stays in "one place" or follows some device.

Do not rush, plan it out, be methodical, make only one change at a time.
