Question Why do I have to go into the BIOS first to get my PC to work properly ?

When I boot up my PC I first have to go in to the BIOS to get the PC to work properly.
Why do I have to go into the BIOS first ?

Go into the bios and check...
If Fastboot is enabled, Disable it. Also while in there, check that the boot order of hard drives is correct if running multiple hdd's.
Save and exit and boot into windows.

Could also possibly be the motherboard's CMOS battery that needs to be reseated or replaced.
