Why Do I Keep Getting This Svblotvp DLL Error?

Everytime I turn on the computer I get two errors that reads like this:

C:Users\AppData\Local\Erktion\svblotvp.dll failed to load

Make sure the binary is stored at the specified path or debug it to check for problems with the binary or dependent.DLL files

The specified module cannot be found

Possibly caused by a virus that can't find the proper files during startup.

I would do a virus and malware scan and check your startup programs for anything suspicious.
