[SOLVED] why do i only get 30fps for a gaming pc?

nvidia gtx 560m
Intel core i7
Windows 10 64bit
i dont know more sry
when i play garrysmod i only got 19fps thats all and i got lags that makes my gaming expirience bad so my question is what is the best overclocking settings for this sry for my bad english

I highly suggest not overclocking a laptop. They aren't designed to be overclocked.

That laptop is older and the 560m isn't very powerful at all by modern standards. So don't expect a lot.
Make sure to set all settings to lowest and try to run it.

the gpu goes up to 71Celsius
