[SOLVED] Why do monitors output a buzzing noise whenever I connect headphones directly to them?

Whether it be a TV or a PC monitor, when I plug in the headphones directly to them and there's no music in the game I'm playing, I can hear a slight buzzing noise. Is there a way to fix that?

Update your post to include full system hardware specs and OS.

Headphones, monitors: make and model?

Try the headphones on another known working (no buzz) audio device.

Try other known working headphones with your TV or PC Monitor.

Determine if the buzz follows the headphones or stays with your computer.

Could just be poor electrical isolation; most monitors are not going to invest in ensuring the audio output outputs a clean signal. Also likely the DACs are very low quality, farther degrading the output signal.
