Question Why do my hard drives in Device Mgr all have the same incorrect identity as DVD/CD in Disc Mgt?

I'm reinstalling Windows 10. Mobo is asus tuff gaming x570 plus wifi.
drive specs in Device Mgr
Samsung SSD 850. (reserve os) Bus# 0 target Id 0, LUN 0
WD250 bus 1, target id 0, LUN 0
WD 3000 bus 2, target 0, LUN 0
XPG S50 (C) bus 0,target 0 LUN 0
Drive hardware in Disk Mgt
C; Asus DRW24B1ST
This is the same for all drives and partitions.

Resolved in a sort. So I reinstalled Windows 10, removed the OS reserve on a second hard drive (D) and normality has returned. However, the hard drives still show the incorrect drive identity in Disk Management.
