Question Why do my headphones (HyperX Cloud Stingers) sound bad on my new PC?

Hello. I just got a new PC and my headsets (HyperX Cloud Stingers) sound really bad on it. My USB headset does not sound bad on it. What is the reasoning behind this? Is this my PC's fault? My headphones sound fine on my old PC.

how do they sound on another device? phone?
the USB headset has its own sound card built in. the hyper x are using the onboard audio processor the Realtek.
have you tried newer driver for the realtek? do the drivers offer customization/equalizer settings etc.?
