[SOLVED] Why do PWM fans have low airflow in CFM?

So I have a Cooler Master Hyper 212 RGB black. And I don't like the fan's RGB, plus I could use another fan slapped on it as exhaust. And I have iCUE SP140 case fans so I thought I'd get a PWM iCUE fan. But all of Corsair's PWM fans have really low airflow rating. Does anyone know why? Does that mean it'll be worse for cooling than the SP140 which has a much higher CFM rating?

Solution
Noise profile.
Oh, can't forget power! Those LEDs don't come free. The non-LEDs will always be stronger.

That said, you should stick to using those fans for chassis only.

There is a strong iCUE, but it's 120mm, and it can get loud too: there's a 2200rpm version of the LL120, as opposed to the normal 1500rpm model.
