I wouldent change a thing it looks good to me. All i will say is that you might be able to save some money on a lower wattage psu you really only need 500 watts maybe even less for that build. Also if you have any extra cash you might try to squeeze a SSD into your budget.

Yes it is a solid build, but I would save money by getting an i5 4570 or 4590 and a H97 motherboard

If you are not going to OC, then you don't need a k series. I got you a haswell refresh CPU and new chipset Mobo. Got you a cheap cooler as they are more quiet than stock ones and perform better.
