Why Does a box come up after 15-60 mins after boot-up saying: Windows Host Process (Rundll32) Has Stopped Working?

Hello, My Brothers PC Keeps Saying this everytime it powers on (after about 15-60mins after boot-up): "Windows Host Process (Rundll32) Has Stopped Working" And me or my brother are sure why it keeps apearing, so if anyone out there knows anything about this please tell me. His PC Specs are as follows(from what i remember though):
CPU: Intel core 2 quad q8400 2.6Ghz
RAM: 4GB
GPU: Nvidia GeForce 9800GT
HDD: 2X 80GB HDD's
Motherboard: Unknown
OS: Windows Vista Home Premium 32-bit(i think it's home premium, cant be sure though)

Is he doing something when this happens, upon google search, this can be related to Nero, Quicktime, and sometimes video card drivers.

If you get the message when accessing Folders that contain pictures/videos, it can sometimes be cured by going to Control Panel > Classic View > Folder Options > View Tab and put a tick in ‘Always show icons, never thumbnails‘

Id try that out and see if you can discover maybe what action hes doing with the PC that causes it to pop up.

Thanks For Replying so fast,
the box can pop up whenever, dispite using the internet, watching something, or just leaving the PC on the desktop and not doing anything, dont know if this helps(fyi he doesnt live at home unlike nyself, so i cant be sure of what exactly is happening, but i'll try my best)
