A downscale resolution of 1600x900 on a 17.3 laptop screen from its native 1920x1080 resolution should have 106.11 PPI,
24-inch monitor with the native 1920x1080 has 91.79 PPI
21-inch monitor with the native 1920x1080 has 104.9 PPI

But the visuals on the laptop are far more blurry then the monitors despite having a higher PPI.

If the downscaling on the laptop make the image worse even if it has more pixels is there a way around this? Through some app?
