Why does American mega trend keeps coming up and shutting my computer down

America mega trend is the manufacturer of your motherboards bios. What exactly is your problem?

I was on my computer when it randomly decided to shut down and update without asking me. It went through the normal process until it restarted and a screen came up with american megastrends logo. It reads:

It then shuts down with nothin further. I cant do anything even in the screen before it, it says to press del to enter bios but i cant. Ive tried with several different keyboards in different ports and it doesnt matter. Simply goes to that screen and turns off every time. Please help im not good with computers.

Unplug all usb devices and see if it boots. Something may be causing a short.

It's the black wires connected to the front right? If that's the case it didn't work

What is this? A memory card reader?

Unplug it if is is. Actually unplug everything usb. Keyboard mouse etc. Only leave monitor and see what happens.

Try removing and replacing the ram. Also, do you have another power supply to test?
