Question Why does CPU Z show me a different ram speed than my bios?

I recently changed my ram speed in the bios to 2933mhz but when I go check on CPU Z it says that my ram is at 1463.2 mhz. So then I changed the speed back down to 2133(Default) and CPU Z showed me a frequency of 1064.1 mhz. I have a ryzen 7 2700x on an aorus b450 pro wifi motherboard with 16gb 3000 mhz corsair vengeance ram. So is this normal? Am I overlooking something? Here are some screenshots:

Perfectly normal showing correct speed always shows half of the bios speed
