[SOLVED] Why does my 3200mhz RAM only shows 1600mhz on task manager?

I have a GSkill F4-3200C16-4GTZB RAM, Ryzen 5 2600x CPU, and MSI Tomahawk motherboard.

new windows 10 reports 1600MHz, older windows 10 editions reported 3200MTs
both are correct anyway

only ram sellers keep lying to us

DDR - Double Data Rate

1600 * 2 = 3200.
All is as expected.

ddr (double data rate) means is 2x more bandwith than with sdr
1600Mhz x2 = 3200MT/s (not MHz)

issue is after all those years, ram makers still calling it as xxx MHz ram

i wonder what will happen if ill overclock it to that number, would be fun with RMA as all theirs papers says tested xxx Mhz
