Why does my computer crash dumping?

I have a Toshiba Satellite PC with windows 7. It almost a year old and it keeps crash dumping. I have had 2 new hard drives installed as well as a new display driver and it continues to do this. What is wrong with it??! I got it back from Best Buy less than two weeks ago. All I do with it is Microsoft office, online classes, facebook, and youtube. I don't play games on it either so what is its problem?

Pull the battery and power.flip the unit and checK that all the ram is seated.
Then boot from a memtest86 boot cd or USB stick or hirem boot cd and run memtest to see if any of the ram fails. If you get a ram failure. Pull one stick out if there two and start again to see which stick is bad. Also if you updated or replaced ram in the unit make sure both ram dimms are the same speed.

Bring it back and tell them they didn't fix it.

Take it back to Best Buy. Either they didn't fix it, or they screwed it up worse.
