Hey guys, so today I decided to clean my PC with a cloth and everything went well except that I did knock off the CPU fan but I stuck it right where it was supposed to go. I plugged everything back in and started my PC up and it said "Automatic repair " Diagnosing your Computer" and I have tried all the troubleshooting option and none have worked. If you have any solution please let me know.
Thank you and have a good day.

You cleaned inside your PC with a cloth? ---- aaaarg!! Worst thing you can do (besides taking a hammer to it).

Cloths generate static electricity which is deadly to PC components. You should have used an air-duster (ie a can of compressed air). You have probably damaged one or more components.
