Question Why does my computer keep freezing?

Sometimes, usually 2-3 times a day, all my programs and my taskbar don't work, they freeze. I can move my mouse and use alt tab, but when I try to close them it doesn't work. I looked at task manager and it said that my GPU was at 100% then it was at -1%. I checked for any viruses, corrupt files, I reseated my GPU, but none of those worked. Could it be my PSU or my GPU?

Memory: G skill Trident Z 2x8 GB
Storage: 500 GB Western Blue Digital M.2 SSD, Seagate Barracuda 2 TB 72000RPM, Segate Barracuda 1 TB
GPU: EVGA Geforce RTX 2070 SUPER 8 GB
Case: NZXT H510i
Power Supply: EVGA BR 600 W 80+ Bronze
