My current Motherboard: gigabyte ga-f2a68hm-h
Videocard: nvidia Gtx 750 Ti
Proccessor: AMD A10-7890K Radeon R7, 12 Compute cores 4C+8G 4.10 GHz
RAM: 16 GB

I just put some new specs in my computer and it is still not running at the speed, I feel like, it should be. I don't know if it is not configured correctly or what. I'm really looking for advice. I use my computer for gaming. Here's an example, I play csgo, counter strike global offensive, and I average under 100 frames per second. I've talked to all my friends about it and they agree that my computer should be running faster than it is. I could really use some help. Any advice would be nice. Thanks

You can't really not configure a CPU correctly unless you start changing BIOS settings. The 750 Ti with an Intel i5 gets to over 150 FPS pretty easily so it's very likely your CPU. Try overclocking the CPU a bit see if the FPS goes...
Your CPU is not very good for games. Video card is OK for CSGO to hit over 100 though. It also depends on the settings of the game, what game and what resolution. You have a system for medium settings at 1080 in many games to hit 60 fps, some more demanding ones will be lower or will drop down to lower FPS from an average.

To be honest, with that build, you shouldn't be asking for 100+ FPS. If anything, you should just increase your graphics settings and play at that, which will probably be 60-70 FPS.

I just got the new processor, and it runs at over 4 GHz so wh wouldn't it work for gaming. Is it not configured correctly or did I just make a bad purchase gaming wise.

Try overclocking the CPU a bit see if the FPS goes up, if it does, it's a CPU issue. Another thought is that you have the video cable on the motherboard video and not the nVidia card.
