Why does my computer take longer to find an internet connection?

When I would boot up my computer, the connection to the internet would be connected. But I took the computer into the shop because of a loop back with boot manager and now it will take 5 minutes for the internet connection to come back up and it stays connected after. Should I install my motherboard bios again to reset everything with LAN drivers?

Do a windows update. Maybe there is a LAN driver out of date. If that doesn't work.
Go to the LAN Adapters website. Grab the correct driver for your OS and do a manual install.

Try those first. If your took your machine to the shop they may have just rolled back your OS install to an earlier state when it was working.

I upgraded to Windows 10, I still need to pick up power cords I left at the shop. I might ask them to give me my money back, since they did a clean install.
