I use an imported RGB profile regularly, and whenever I shutdown my PC, my keyboard turns red and stays like that until I turn my PC back on and open iCUE.

Sorry it wan't relevant to your version. I don't use iCue or any Corsair stuff so just going off what I find on the web.

So you're saying you already have saved it?
Yes I have them saved and I can swap through them in iCUE however when I shutdown my PC, the keyboard turns static red and does not change until I turn my PC back on.

USB connection correct?

And the keyboard remains lit (being red) after the PC is shutdown?

Then remains lit and red until the next PC start and the colors return/change to normal....

Or is the red just a final flash as the computer turns off?

Yes both USB connections are in the back USB 3.0 ports. It remains on however I can turn it off through the backlight brightness key on the top left of my keyboard. It would remain on all night if I do not turn it off. It remains the red color until I turn on my computer and open the iCue software.

Does the same thing happen with all USB ports?

Does the keyboard remain lit even after the PSU switch is moved to "OFF" (If the PSU has such a switch....).

Are you able to try the keyboard on another known working computer?

Idea being to eliminate a hardware problem.

Just how much can you do/edit with respect to that imported RGB profile?

Does the following link present the applicable iCUE manual:

https://docs.google.com/document/d/1xv63Arhc0Y3-cELX03Pqgl2sBdnJVoaO-2ygn2sogEw/edit

Note the Quick Fixes - Page 32 of 32

I also noted on Page 12 references to Key Presses and Key Releases.

If you have to press the backlight brightness key to turn it (the red/keyboard) off then maybe somewhere you need to release that key that made the keyboard red.

However the note states that that does not work with respect to Brightness.

So somewhere was a key pressed to get Red and then that key left unreleased?

No way for me to test any of this so just thinking out loud.
