Why does my cpu usage and temprature go up so much right now?

I just opened up Heroes and generals... a not so cpu heavy game... which i used to run with 200 fps and 50% cpu usage, now i run the game with 100% usage and 60fps with the game freezing alot.... the temprature of my pc hits 70celcius even though it ran with 50 celcius before... why is this happening? do i just need to do one of my routine pc cleanings? where i dust the pc off inside?

Do other games perform similarly? If so, a cleaning may be in order. It certainly won't hurt as long as you are careful and don't cause any other problems during the process.

Yeah csgo runs with 120 fps where it before was at 200
sucks man...

I would suggest evicting the dust bunnies and hairballs then and seeing if the system returns to its former cool-running, higher levels of performance.

You should also scan your system for malware/viruses and look at your startup apps to make sure there are no unintended apps/programs stealing away performance.

Its 3 in the morning here... ill get it done tomorrow then ill see if it fixes it
