Inside my Dell SupportAssist, Dell detects my system has "multiple hardware issues" and is needed to be fixed. This happens after a Dell technical support person came to replace a faulty RAM and he suggested to ignore it. Ever since the programs seem to bug out in a matter of split second. It is not a very big deal but it is very annoying such as stuttering volume in a split second, display turns green in a split second, mouse lagging when scrolling page up/down using two fingers.
I try to "fix" it but the windows would prompt me to a fill in information window and I could never pass it as it would always occur and error. I contacted Dell support why it is like that and they said not to worry about it as all my information is stored in their data already.
Please suggest some help.
