Question Why does my display turn off and on in a split second when I am watching videos

This happens when I watch videos not when I play games. I recently built a computer with all new components including the display which is a overclocklable 165hz 2k monitor. Everything is working in order, except that I have noticed that the display turns off and on for a split second when I am watching a youtube video, netflix etc. It is weird and now that I noticed it I cannot "unnotice" it. I just wanted to know if there is any solution for this problem.

Did you overclock the monitor to the 165? If so retreat it to its stock.
Which cable are you using for connecting the monitor and which does your GPU have avalilable (Type the GPU model if you do not know).
