[SOLVED] Why does MY gpu freeze?

MY gpu works fine at the beggining but the problem is that It boots up fine mostly but when I get to Windows it stops and my gpu fans work fine and rgb as well but it freezes my screen doesnt turn black or blue, it stays the same but doesn’t change. plus i have 850w from thermaltake
Thought it was ram but no or even cooling system but no could it be drivers or m.2 or motherboard or cpu? Or even pcie riser help me please

2terabite seagate hd
500gb m.2 nvme ssd
16gigs ram 3200mhz corsair vengance
3 fan aio liquid Big radiator thermaltake

What the cpu/gpu temp on idle and on load?

They seem to be cool since i have an aio, but i just load winows for like ten sec after booting up ith freezes, i realised it was not the gpu because i still had the issue when I plugged it out maybe psu but its 850w but from the smart series from thermaltake, is that it?

os on the ssd? unplug the hdd.
try booting into safe mode
malware scan you system?

Yes I've tried the hdd, I’ll later after unplug the m.2

But i don’t think it was a virus because the last time i used it it was fine and upgraded it later
