Question Why does my Graphics Card not fit in the back of my case

I’m building my first pc and I was installing my MSI Gaming X 1660 Super into my MSI X570 Gaming Edge WiFi Motherboard inside a Lian Li PC 011-Dynamic Razer case when the left side of the gpu did not click into place. The metal shield on the side of the gpu gets stuck on the bracket on the back of the case so only the right side of the gpu actually clicks into the slot. I was able to unscrew the metal side panel and properly insert the gpu into the slot but upon attempting to screw the metal side panel back in, the screw holes did not align and neither did the outputs.

What is the graphics card in question?
A photo would be helpful to see the issue.

I see no mention that the OP is using some sort of a pre built.
