Question Why does my Headset, when there is a loud noise Left side stops working

Hello,I've been having this problem on Hyper X Cloud Core headset for months now, when there is a loud sound left side just stops giving audio, then when i just unplug them from the closer cable it starts working and that is going in circles, and that is how i fix it usually? Does anyone have a permanent solution or know what is the issue?

Did you contract HyperX support? Happening for months that is the first thing to try. Did you already try the headset on another system and another headset on yours?

Yes my earphones for phone work normally without this problem, didnt contact HyperX support but will give it a try.
