Why does my internet suck!?!?

Hey guys so i currently have Time Warner Cable i get really crappy speeds all of a sudden when i got a new motherboard with no Built in WiFi so i bought the Netgear A6210 WiFi USB 3.0 Adapter & literally get the worst possible internet ever as well as the adapter itself seems like it disconnects by itself whenever im playing games, my ping on CS:GO is always going from 90 to 150 & its really irritating as well as we supposedly have the best internet speeds from TWC but i don't see it . PLEASE HELP, here is my current speeds.
Ping: 12 ms
Download Speed: 33.29 Mpbs
Upload Speed: 21.51 Mpbs

Wifi is always going to be a roller coaster. If you can't run a cable to your router look at getting a power line adapter. Tom's recently did a roundup review.

I would look into getting an internal wireless card, probably Dual Band. The USB adapters are great for semi-close proximity to the router but having something with antennae is always a better bet.
