[SOLVED] Why does my laptop freeze/crash whenever i use Nvidia graphics card ?

I have an Acer Aspire E 15 laptop ( E5-573G-326Z ).. i used to play diffrent games on it with no problems whatsoever, but now i'm facing this issue where my laptop freezes whenever i launch any program/game that uses Nvidia graphics card ( Geforce Experience, Epic Games Launcher... )
But when i change the graphics processor for those programs/games to Intel ( Integrated graphics ) it works properally.

i have the latest drivers installed, and i've tried reinstalling them and windows aswell but nothing has changed..

these are my laptop specs:
Intel i3-40005U 1.7 GHz
NVIDIA GeForce 920M with 2 GB Dedicated VRAM
4 GB DDR3 L Memory
500 GB HDD
Windows 10 Home 64-bit

Yea it's connected with the drivers, most likely. Try contacting the support help for the graphics card company brand

i can only download the latest version from Nvidia website. and actually it was working fine with the same version i am using now
