Why does my laptop show 8gb ram in task manager when it has only 4gb of ram installed?

i only have one ram slot in my laptop which has a samsung SODIMM 4GB DDR4 installed in it

but in my task manager it shows 8gb of ram installed and 2 out of 4 slots used

. my laptop model is LENOVO ideapad 310, can anyone explain why it shows 8gb instead of 4.

You have memory that is soldered to the motherboard which is indicative of slot1 and the additional stick of ram on the memory slot which is indicative of slot2. Can you share the SKU to your Lenovo Ideapad 310?
