Question Why does my monitor just show a blue blank screen after resetting BIOS ?

I just built my first pc and and I inserted my flash drive with Windows 10 installer on it, and after I ran bios and tried to reset it, it went to a blank blue screen and then it would turn everything off. It would just take me to a blank blue screen after I hit reset.
i have a ASUS TUF B550 plus (wifi) motherboard but I don’t have the wifi connected just yet

I have amd ryzen 7 3700X 8- core
Western digital 500 gb Wd blue sn550 nvme internal ssd
Seagate barracuda 2tb hard drive
