[SOLVED] Why does my monitors go to sleep instantly when i boot? Uninstalled IDE ata/atapi controllers on accident

I recently uninstalled my IDE ata/atapi controllers on accident and now my monitors go to sleep instantly when i boot, how can i restore my IDE ata/atapi controllers and boot with my hdd again, without being able to access windows?

Atm im trying to clean install windows to access my hdd, but when i reach this step, it says that i'm missing a driver.
