Why does my Mouse Cursor lag when I'm in the BIOS

I go into the BIOS and when I move the Mouse, the Cursor moves very slow and choppy. Why?

Motherboard: GIGABYTE GA-F2A58M-HD2

CPU/APU: AMD A4 4000 Dual-Core @3.0Ghz

Ram: Hyper Fury 5GB @1300Mhz

GPU: (Integrated)AMD Radeon HD 7480D

PSU: Thermaltake XP480 400Watt

HDD: Western Digital 320GB

No need to worry its normal. UEFI bios doesn't load any drivers, its like trying to operate DOS based app with mouse.
