Question why does my OB Gpu not post

As rock z370 pro4. Bought a new 2060 to replace my 1060 which is already sold and will leave me with no gpu untill my new one arrives within 5 days. I tried to use my OB but nothing happens just a black screen. when ever i tried to install the vga driver it always failed. it was a brand new board.

Did you check the BIOS configuration?

What error message or pop-up window did you get when the vga driver failed?

no to the bios. just tried to install it again as i couldn't remember the error message but now its showing that the pc doesn't meet the minimum requirements when i tried to install it. 8600k ,16gb ddr4..........

just changed it in the bios to use the integrated graphics and that just give me a black screen after the reboot. i also switched the hdmi to my OBGPU hdmi slot incase you are wondering

the error message says my system does not meet the minimum requirements to install this software. It used to say a different error in the past but cannot remember what it was

Do try another known working HDMI cable.

Try to find or recreate the "minimum requirements" error.

Error messages can be a bit misleading or downright wrong.

One thought: the downloaded video drivers were not correct/applicable for your system. Take another look and download again.
