I’m getting two errors, machine_check_exception and whea_uncorrectable_error. I did also get another one called bad_system_config_info but it only happened once, if anyone knows a fix for this please I would be grateful to know it.

what are specs of the PC? Which version of windows?

Are you overclocked? remove if you got one
Can be caused by heat so make sure tll heat sinks and fans are clean of dust.
remove any overclocking software such as AI Suite, MSI Afterburner, Intel Extreme Tuning Utility

Machine Check Exception and WHEA errors are essentially same error code. No idea why windows has both. Its an error called by cpu but not necessarily caused by it - can really be any hardware in PC.

if win 10, Can you follow option one on the following link - here

and then do this step below: Small memory dumps - Have Windows Create a Small Memory Dump (Minidump) on BSOD

that creates a file in c windows/minidump after the next BSOD
copy that file to documents
upload the copy from documents to a file sharing web site, and share the link here and I will get someone to convert file into a format I can read
