Question Why does my pc display freeze up mostly during boot up

I have a Dell latitude 7275 which has display issues while booting up. Resetting the bios sometimes fixes the issue but most of the times that happens

You're going to have to include a little more information. Can you define what you're experiencing as display issues? Perhaps you're having troubles with your boot drive or the OS. On that note, can you get into BIOS from the splash screen after powering up the laptop? If so, here would be a good place to check the version for your BIOS. As for your OS, if you're able to boot into the OS GUI, check and see what OS version you're on at the time of writing.
