Question Why does my pc freeze?

For the last couple of days my pc randomly freezes, if I try to unplug, then plug back the monitor, it turns green, and starts flickering.
When I reboot the system, no video input, sometimes I have to just reboot the pc to fix the error, sometimes it comes back if i wait a minute, and sometimes i have to reset bios(resetting bios doesn't always fix the no input problem)

My pc:
Cpu:I5-6400
Gpu:gtx950m(not a laptop)
Ram:12gb ddr4 (forgot frequency)
Currently using two different monitors

I'll try to look into event viewer when my pc wants to work, until then i'll be glad to hear your thoughts.

Cpu idle temp is 50 celsius and usage 10 percent from what i remember
Gpu idle temp is 50 too and usage under 10 percent
Ram 3.5 gbs are used
Hdd 0 percent sometimes it skyrockets to 90
Edit: the only thing i know about the psu is that its a 300 watt one.
