Question Why does my pc keep crashing/ram won’t run at 3200?

I got new ram 2x16 3200 trident Z. When I try to switch it to xmp profile 2 to run the ram at 3200 it will either not set it to 3200 and/ or crash.

I have a Ryzen 7 2700x, b350m bazooka and gtx 1070ti.
Cpu driver are up to date and so is the motherboard. Can someone help me?

I was able to to set it to 2933 and it’s running fine I’m confused because my mobo can support 3200 and I heard that so can my cpu

Offical supported memory speeds for Ryzen 2xxx chips is 2933Mhz. Many can run at 3200Mhz. Some can't. Silicone lottery.
