My PC blue screen whenever I play a game. The blue screen says " critical process died" or "karnel data inpage error"

sfc, dism, discs and ram scanned and good, gpu drivers reinstalled with DDU, page file ON or OFF no difference, pc doesn't wake up from sleep with 2 ram sticks in so I use only one. I tried to change slots for ram but no difference.
Event viewer shows error 41 and 161, no minidump files are being created.
HDD spins down quite often when gaming, system runs of SSD, right before crash ssd usage maxes out and after 2 mins it blue screens.

I really have no idea what could it be I'm dealing with it for a year now I bought new RAM because the previous sticks game me errors during scans but that did not help.

I'll be glad for any ideas

bios of the motherboard is up to date? Yes it's quite old so the last update there was available was in 2018 or so

which psu is it? Thermaltake Smart SE 530W (SPS-530MPCBEU)

chech hdd and ssd with manufacturer's tools My SSD is from crucial. I didn't manage to find any software from them and HDD is toshiba. I used built in windows scan tool, HD tune and HDSentiel for sanning.

check temperatures under load of cpu and gpu CPU doesn't go beyond 50 C and GPU stays around 75C because its a blower one

check motherboard cpu socket for bent or discolored pins I didn't move or disassemble my PC after it was build, the cooler was put on and I didn't really have any reason to take it off because the temps are good.

Look in the power options and set the hd power off > zero....test.

Post a screenshot from crystaldiskinfo for both disk.

They don't spin down because the idle timer runs out. I had it at 0 anyways

C + D look ok......what is disk E?
Unused really, drive from my old PC, no software or games installed on it. It's yellow because contains 40 relocated sectors. I don't see how it can cause any issues since nothing runs off it but I can yank the cable out of it and check if it changes anything but I doubt it.
