Question Why does my pc keep crashing while launching, or in the middle of running games. GPU usage spikes at the moment of the crash. Why?

After checking msi afterburner I noticed GPU usage spiked to 100% during every crash. I have the most recent drivers. What could the issue be?

My power supply is the EVGA 750 N1 and I took it brand new out of the box 2 months ago.
