Question Why does my PC keep freezing?

When I had a 1660ti graphics card, I could play a game and watch a video or stream from chrome on my second monitor just fine. Now that I have a 3060ti, my PC randomly freezes. I know that having too many processes at once can cause this. Why didn't this happen with the old card? Why is it happening with the new one?

MSI RTX 3060ti
Intel I7-9700K
32GB of RAM
MSI Z390 Gaming Plus Motherboard
650W Power Supply

Please list the rest of your system specs, cpu, motherboard, psu etc.

What specific model is your power supply and how old? I don't think it's that but just out of curiosity.

Firstly id try re-reinstalling Geforce drivers, try version 528.49. 531.18 if that's what you're currently on has issues relating to high usage matters regarding to one of it's processes. Bugs could extend further but freezing might not be one of the symptoms though.

Next is investigate your ram and all is accounted for. Test with Memtest86 and reseat them based on your findings.
