Question why does my pc keeps crashing when i play fornite or planet coaster

So i kinda have a problem because my pc keeps crashing when i play fortnite or planet coaster. Most of the times it crashes within 5 mins if i play fortnite nd i really wanna know why it keeps crashing and how to fix it. Also i just got a new graphics card (MSI Radeon 480 8gb) I kinda think its because of my psu because i bought my psu (500W) for 40 euros but i really wanna know how
and if i can fix this

• Please post your ENTIRE system spec including your PSU make and model (not just wattage). For example, Corsair CX450, not just Corsair 450W as this does not tell us the model
• When you say crash, what exactly happens? CTD? Restart?
• Do you have latest drivers installed (including MB/Chipset drivers)?
• Do you have latest BIOS installed?
