So on the primary game that I wanna play is ArmA 2 and ArmA 3 but I'm getting 10-14 fps. on other games like LoL and MineCraft I get 60 fps, and on gmod I get about 80-100 can any one help? here is my rig.
GPU) GeForce EVGA double fan 780 ti super clocked
CPU) AMD Phenom(tm) II X4 840T Processor
Ram) 6.00 GB
OS) Windows 7 Home Premium

I had the 560 ti and upgraded to the 780 ti but I'm not getting any fps differences, any one know why?

Solution
a 780ti with an x4 840t.... thats a monster bottleneck. if you dont want to shell out any more money then i would get an fx8320+hyper 212 evo+mobo and a r9-290 which would cost less than the 780ti alone. that combination will give you near maxed out settings in pretty much any game made at 1080p.

I'm with you on the processor upgrade, but if OP already has a 780 TI then to afford these upgrades they will need to sell the card, which is not a fun thing to do.

So there is nothing I can do to make the gpu run its full performance without a new CPU?
