Question Why does my pc not switch on?

So recently I bought a bunch of PC parts separately. My Dad put them together for me. He did the same with his pc and it worked fine, but mine has an issue. It won't turn on. 230-250v is going into the PSU, and the motherboard isn't broken because my keyboard and mouse is lit up; they're both plugged into my motherboard. Everything is new, about a week old, and I don't know what's the issue. It's not even like if the harddrive wasn't in, it's dead as a doornail.

Specs

750w Artic PSU
16gb DDR4 TridentZ RAM
Ryzen 7 1700
ga-a320m-s2h motherboard
GeForce 1050ti

Case
CiT F3 mid tower gaming case

Hope this can be answered, I started putting this together 2 weeks ago.. :(

Thanks.

NOTE: Listed unimportant / irrelevant parts because they have no issue with the current situation
