First thought is a power supply issue. List your system specs and in particular, the brand, exact model and age of the power supply.

purchased in 2016 still under warranty. but is it really power supply because I don't want to send it for RMA as it will take more than 15 days. also, it only happens during gaming not while doing 3d work, also I tried 3d mark and my pc shut down every time. forgot to mention, there was a power issue in 2017 I had to RMA my PSU back then. I guess PSU sacrificed itself to protect other components.

NO DUDE I HAD CORSAIR CX 650 WHICH NEVER GAVE ME ANY ISSUE BUT WHEN I BUILT MY NEW RIG EVERYONE SAID SEASONIC IS THE BEAT SO I BOUGHT IT AND WITHIN A YEAR I HAD TO REPLACE IT AND SINCE IT HAS NOT GIVEN ME ANY PROBLEM UNTIL NOW, I WOULD NEVER CHOOSE A CHEAP PSU.

You should be good with the Seasonic. It has a strong single rail for +12 volt and does ok with transient loads with the exception of the minor rails. Not sure why you're getting shutdowns. That being said, I can't rule out the power supply.

WHAT DO YOU THINK FROM THE SCREENSHOT PROVIDED DO YOU THINK SOMETHING IS OVERHEATING IN THE SCREENSHOT

What might have changed recently?
Perhaps a recent windows update?

Gaming, as compared to batch apps puts pressure on the graphics card.
It will draw more power from the psu and it will heat up.
Your psu is a good one, and should not be a problem.
Possibly it has started to fail, but I would look first to other recent changes to the system.
If you have access to a psu to test with, give it a shot, but I do not think that is your issue.

Try some stress tests that focus on the graphics card.
I think OCCT has such options.

What is the make/model of your case?
You need adequate airflow to cool your components.
What is your cpu temperature at idle?
It should be 10-15c. over ambient with the stock intel cooler.

If you have had power issues in the past, perhaps that has shown up again.
A good UPS is one way to eliminate those issues.

THIS STARTED WITH WINDOWS 10 2004 UPDATE, CABINET IS CORSAIR, I TRIED OCCT GPU STRESS FOR 30MIN, MEM TEST 30 MIN, PSU TEST 30MIN, OVER ALL TEST 1HRS, GPU TEST WITH 8 SHADERS FOR 30MIN, THER WAS FULL LOAD AND TEMPS WERE 80 BUT THE PC DIDNT SHUT DOWN.

I have heard about strange problems with the 2004 update.
I think you have 10 days to back it out before windows.old is deleted, I would do so if I could.
Possibly you have a system restore checkpoint that can reset your bc back to when all was well.
As a matter of course, I always take a user checkpoint before any serious update.

I HAVE TEID ALL THE OCCT TEST AND MY PC DIDNT SHUT DOWN, ONLY WHILE GAMING, ALSO DID 3DMARK TEST AND PC SHUT DOWN WITHIN FEW 2NDS.

First, posting in CAPS is annoying; best to write normally.

It is always possible that your graphics card is failing, but since this all started with a windows update, I suspect software first.

If it is ok to reinstall windows, that might be the next thing to try.
