[SOLVED] Why does my pendrive works only on my computer and does not work on any other computer?

I have a SanDisk 16GB USB 3.0 Pendrive. I had recently used it as a bootable device to install my OS(not hoping that this was the reason for the problem). The weird part is the Pendrive works only on my PC. It does not even get detected on other PCs even though it has a 3.0 port. I tried formatting it with different file systems or allocation size but it doesn't seem to do good. Any help will be nice. Thank you in advance.

Use SD Memory Card Formatter and it should reset the geometry for you. (yes, it's made for SD cards, but it works on USB)

Should do the job unless you have some weird geometry.

I have a kinda similar issue. My SanDisk extreme can’t be used as a usb installer for windows for some reason on a lot of my computers. It will only boot with like two of them. Some things just aren’t completely compatible.
