Why does my phone randomly pause music and videos?

My samsung j2 randomly pauses music and youtube videos..
So annoying..how can i clear this??

You may not be able to do so.

There are many factors involved one of which is buffering. If data is coming in too slowly then your system will pause until there is again enough data to process. I.e., play music, continue YouTube video.

Try turning off/disabling any background processes or applications.

See if some other device on your network is grabbing bandwidth.

Possibly some form of interference.

Try to narrow down the circumstances and the times/situations where the pauses occur.

That information may help identify and solve the problem.
