Why does my power button flash blue

Would you be able to tell me how to stop the blue circle around the letter e on my e machine tower from flashing off and on?

open up your system if possible and look for the pwr led cable connector on your mobo and remove that, make sure u removed the right cable

mine flashes aswell, altough i did it on purpose, but the reason for this is simply that i have connected it to the wrong led light connector on the motherboard, wich means it is connected to the harddrive light (ot see if the harddrive is working or not)
