Why Does My PSU Get So Loud While Gaming?

When i play something like BF1, my psu sounds like a jet engine. Why is this.

I have an XFX Core Edition PRO850W.

PC Specs:

Intel Core i5-4690k - CPU
Sapphire Nitro AMD R9 390 - GPU
MSI Z97-G45 - MOBO

It's getting hot and the fan is cooling it, maybe there is some king of debris/trash/junk causing the fan to be louder than expected. Or maybe it's a cheap power supply.

It's a quality PSU

It's either not getting enough cooling and needs to spin up fast or the fan is getting defective (--> warranty)
