why does my rca tablet internet keep disconnecting when all my other devices work properly?

My rca tablet loses it internet connection every few min...says to tap n retry and will reconnect but happens constinally? All other devices work properly without issue . Is there so e kind update I'm could be missing?

There may be a setting to select whether or not to go for wireless b/g or b/g/n depending on your router's capability, but you might get some better information here:- http://rcatablets.com/help-desk

Hi I have the same problem with my RCA and all I know to tell you is to go to your settings and hit back up and reset make sure the back up is checked then hit reset. what I did with my pictures and contacts is put them in my email account
