My right arrow key does not work at all anymore, ive tried multiple keyboards as well, every single key works as it should except for the right arrow key. Ive already done trouble shooting, made sure sticky keys is off, uninstalled drivers and rebooted without re-installing drivers etc etc. every website says the same stuff that does not work. Anyone out there who may know what happened?

Solution
does it work in safe mode?
  1. go to settings/update & security/recovery
  2. under advanced startup, click restart now button
  3. this restarts PC in a blue menu
  4. choose troubleshoot
  5. choose advanced
  6. choose startup options
  7. click the restart button
  8. choose a safe mode (it doesn't matter which) by using number associated with it.
  9. Pc will restart and load safe mode

if it works there, it could mean cause is a driver, or a startup program
If it doesn't work there, its either windows

To test if its a startup program
Try a clean boot and see if it changes anything - make sure to read instructions and make sure NOT to disable any microsoft services or windows won't load right -...
For starters, you need to figure out if this is a hardware problem or a software problem. If you boot your computer and immediately enter the BIOS, does the key more your cursor through the various bios options? If not, its your motherboard. If its not your motherboard then I would try booting with a usb containing a linux distro and seeing if it works with that. If so, then yeah, its a windows problem. Your windows installation may be corrupted beyond repair and it might be necessary to download a new windows image using the media creation tool and totally reinstalling windows.

if clean boot fixes it, it shows its likely a startup program. You should, over a number of startups. restart the programs you stopped to isolate the one that is to blame.
